Where we work

Window film across Jefferson County, Missouri.

Jefferson County is the main service area. Work outside the county may be considered individually, so call to ask.

What the glass is actually like, town by town

Housing stock and commercial frontage are not the same across the county, and they are what decide which film goes on a window. These are the towns we have worked in enough to say something specific about.

Cedar Hill, MO

Jefferson County

Cedar Hill is the home ZIP code, not a town on a coverage map. It is unincorporated Jefferson County along the Big River, inside the Northwest R-1 district, and the housing runs from older river-valley cottages to custom ranches sitting on three and five acre lots.

Arnold, MO

Jefferson County

Arnold is the largest city in Jefferson County at roughly 22,000 residents, and the county's main retail and hospitality corridor. The commercial glass along Jeffco Boulevard, Highway 141 and Richardson Road sits in exactly the orientation that causes problems, and the housing runs from mid-century ranches to recent subdivisions.

Festus, MO

Jefferson County

Festus and Crystal City are so intermingled they are known locally as the Twin Cities. Festus keeps a working downtown business district along Main Street between Brierton Lane and Walnut Street, while the larger-format retail sits out on Truman Boulevard (US 61-67) and at the I-55 interchange.

High Ridge, MO

Jefferson County

High Ridge sits in the 63049, roughly forty minutes south-west of downtown St. Louis, and is served by the Northwest R-1 district. The commercial district runs along High Ridge Boulevard, and the housing around it is predominantly ranch and split-level.

House Springs, MO

Jefferson County

House Springs is Northwest R-1 territory in north-western Jefferson County, and it has taken a good deal of the area's newer residential construction. Developments such as Bear Ridge were laid out around bluff views, wooded ground and walking trails.

Imperial, MO

Jefferson County

Imperial anchors northern Jefferson County and is the seat of the Windsor C-1 school district, which also covers most of Barnhart and all of Kimmswick. It is commuter country, close enough to I-55 that much of the housing was built for people working north into St. Louis County.

Hillsboro, MO

Jefferson County

Hillsboro is the Jefferson County seat. The courthouse is here, and so is the main campus of Jefferson College on Viking Drive. That gives the town a different building mix from the rest of the county: government and professional offices alongside small-town residential.
